Sapphire crystal

Known for scratch resistant quality, sapphire crystal has hardness second to diamond. To improve vision, our domed sapphire crystal has anti-reflective coating vapour-deposited to the inside. Tordney is one of the few brands using sapphire crystal at similar price point.

316 stainless steel

Durability and stability of 316 stainless steel is reflected in its common use in the manufacture of surgical instruments. Our anti-corrosion stainless cases are polished by highly skilled craftsman. For quality and aesthetic purpose, a small degree of CNC precision machining was applied. Equipped with screw back case, our watches are water resistant to 5 ATM (metres).

Full Grain Italian Vegetable-tanned Leather

Taking 3-4 months to process, vegetable-tanning is traditional craftsmanship on its own. It is gentler on your skin – because the colours are derived from natural materials such as tree bark and leaves. Each strap patinas over time to form a unique part of your history.

Dial

With each piece crafted to identical thickness, our premium copper dial is patiently polished, carefully decorated by watch dial artists. One at a time, raised indices are manually applied to compliment an evenly painted dial.

Diamond cut hands

Our watch hands are diamond cut to achieve perfect, uniform height and facetted finish.

Movement

We use reliable movements by prominent Japanese producer Miyota.

Watch box

Your Tordney timepiece is protected by a sturdy, subtle Pantone Cool Gray 2C paper box. Each timepiece is carefully packed and shipped.
